The KYK Harmony is now called the AQ500 recently imported by WaterShed.net.

One nice feature we'll miss on this water ionizer is the on-board pH and ORP meter, allowing the user to target a specific pH. However, one problem we've found; the sensing probes require recalibration every several months. The probes are not happy with any mineral build-up. Yet, if it wasn't for the importers reliability record, then we would still offer this water ionizer for sale.

	AQ 500 Water Ionizer Features: The AQ 500 Water Ionizer uses five platinized-titanium plates that are double the average size of most other water ionizer's plates (20cm by 7cm) and also thicker. Pictured left, the top plate is the average water ionizer plate size, the bottom is the AQ 500 plate.
	Filter Life The AQ 500 measures water intake by actual liters produced instead of using a filter timer like most other water ionizers.  Thus, the AQ 500 will accurately tell you when to change your filter.

	No Over-Heating Most water ionizers use a transformer to supply a direct electrical current to the plates, which inevitably lead to overheating and shortened lifespan.  Just as the human body becomes ill from too much heat or stress, over time a water ionizer will break down from exposure to heat.  The AQ 500 solves this problem because it is equipped with the SMPS system that does not use a transformer. Thus it reduces not only heat but noise, weight, and loss of power from using a transformer.
	pH Targeting The AQ 500 comes with a built in pH targets that are achieved by the SMPS electrical system's ability to adjust ionization based on the mineral content of your water. It even displays the corresponding color on the screen to make testing the pH of the water with our free pH reagent kit easy.
	ORP Display Press the function button, and the AQ 500 will display the ORP of your water and also display the color on the screen.
	Automatic pH Control One of the disadvantages of using an ionization-based water device is that it produces water of uneven density and quality, depending on the amount and quality of the water flowing in, which eventually may harm the body.  The AQ 500 solves this problem by using thicker and larger electrode sheets that automatically control the electrical voltage and current to match the mineral content of the input water, thus producing consistent alkaline water of premium quality.
