In the video below, Rob, the importer and owner of TyentUSA, compares the perfomance of the Athena, Tyent 7070, and Life 9500. This video attempts to show the various flow rates in this side by side ionizer comparison. The Athena has a flow control lever allowing it to match the flow rate any ionizer. Utilizing this feature would allow for an equal comparison. Adjusting the flow rate allows the ionizer to be "tuned" to a specific pH. Turn on the tap full blast, adjust the flow rate, adjust the panel setting (wattage), take some pH tests. Done. The flow control lever will allow the unit to be fine tuned to any specific pH, as fine as the available testing. Unless there's an on-board pH meter, the user is left to guess at the pressure or flow rate or measure the pH everytime the ionizer is used. The flow control lever is unique to the Venus, Melody and Athena. Tune it. Turn it on. Match your exact choosen pH everytime.
