Ionized Water Filter Return PolicyWater filter units may be returned within the first three days of receiving the unit for a full refuend, provided the unit is returned undamaged and with all original parts. The return Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be credited after inspection of the unit. There is a 15% restocking fee of unit returned after three days, undamaged, with orginal parts. No refunds after 10 days. All reunds must be authorized before being shipped.
