Every Jupiter Science Water Ionizer, including the Orion, Aquarius, Melody, Microlite, Neptune, and the Technos Ultra, come with a five (5) year warranty. This policy applies to Jupiter water ionizers purchased after November 2007 through Heartspring.net. Jupiter Science decided to increase the warranty to match other brands and to stand behind our claim that ALL our models are exceptionally reliable and made to last for many, many years.

The Jupiter Science 5 year warranty provides three (3) years parts and labor, from purchase date, with FREE shipping from anywhere in the USA. Then from 3 to 5 years from purchase provides an additional two (2) years with free labor.

After 3 years from purchase there is also a guaranteed maximum of $160 on any repair. Warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or by failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas. Jupiter Science has repair centers on both the east and west coast and has by far the largest, water ionizer, dealer network in the USA.

If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in as new condition and in its original packing.

"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.

If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

Return Policy for Non Water Ionizer Items

If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost.

If you have broken the manufacturer's seal or used the product in any way, you may return the product (exceptions are books and DVDs), subject to a 15% restocking charge within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

Important - Return Merchandise Authorization Number

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please call 1(775) 851 9451 or 1(800) 875 9025 to receive a *Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
