In case something goes wrong or for some reason you need to return a product, the following is our policy for the Delphi and Athena water ionizers.

Our Water Ionizer Invitation:

We invite you to try out our Delphi and Athena water ionizers made by Emco Tech (Jupiter, Dong Yang). We are so sure that you will be satisfied that we offer you a 15 day money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 15 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in “as new condition” and in its original packing.

"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc. If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

Emco Tech (Jupiter, Dong Yang) ionizers have the lowest return rate in the industry. If something does go wrong you can be confident with your five year warranty and our top notch customer service. You enjoy the peace of mind of a five year warranty on the Athena, Delphi and Melody ionizers which covers the following:

Years 1 thru 3: ALL parts, labor and shipping; Years 4 and 5 all parts and shipping

Return Policy for Items Other Than Water Ionizers

If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost. If you have broken the manufacturer's seal or used the product in any way, you may return the product (exceptions are consumables, books and DVDs), subject to a 15% restocking charge within 15 days of purchase. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please call (775) 234-4003 to receive a *Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) .

We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund (paid by check) to be sent within one week of our receiving your return.
